可可德国酥饼
尝试加了5克可可粉的德国酥饼。充满可可的香味。一样好吃和香脆。一做好了,老公静悄悄进来厨房偷吃了好几个。我本身比较喜欢原味的德国酥饼。以各人口味而定罢了。
A.牛油-250g, 糖粉-80g,
B.马铃薯粉-250g, 低粉-100g
C.可可粉-5g
做法:
1.)把牛油和糖粉打至松发,
2.)筛入B&C的粉类拌均匀,
3.)分成小粒搓圆,用叉子稍压出线条,排入烤盘,
4.)预热烤箱160度,烘15-20分钟。
