香橙杯子小蛋糕
牛油 110g
糖粉 80Gg
鸡蛋 2粒
自发面粉 140g
香橙 2粒(取橙皮屑)
香橙汁 80ml
做法
1。把牛油及糖粉搅打至幼滑,慢慢搅入蛋液,再拌入自发面粉,橙皮屑和香橙汁。
2。把面糊倒入小纸杯内至八分满,放入预热烘炉,以150度烘20-25分钟。
