蜜汁烧烤肉
花肉 400g
腌料:
蒜耳 15g
蜜糖1 tsb
蚝油1 tsb
酱油1 tsb
五香粉 1 tsp
糖 100g
绍兴酒 1/2 tsb
1) 花肉洗净后沥水,加入腌料,腌渍1小时。
2) 把腌好之花肉排在烤架上,盛入预热烤箱以200‘c 烤15 分钟,然后把肉块翻转,淋上少许腌料,再烤10分钟至熟。
