黄梨酥
皮料:
面粉 280g
糖粉 60g
牛油 240g
玉米粉 80g
蛋黄 3粒
做法:
1) 先将牛油和糖打至幼滑,
2) 加入蛋黄拌均
3) 然后加入面粉和玉米粉拌成团
4) Bake For 160'C For 15 Minutes
