猪脚醋
食谱来自:Step Wong
材料:
猪脚一个(斩块,洗净,沸水)
甜黑醋一瓶(大)700ml
水1.5 - 2公升
姜,蒜,红葱头各
适量
麻油
盐调味
做法:
1.)热镬,倒麻油,姜,蒜,红葱头爆香,加入猪脚炒匀
。
2.)加水和甜醋煮滚,用中小火煮至猪脚软(大约40粉
钟)调味,即可
