沙葛虾米饺子
食谱来自Soh Pin Tee
皮料:
澄粉75g
木薯粉75g
盐1/4tsp
滚滚的水210ml
白油(shortening) 1tbsp
馅料:
虾米
沙葛
胡椒粉
做法:
1)把滚水冲入粉类中
2)用筷子拌成面团,
3)加入白油,把面团揉滑
4)再分成小球,大概10g
5)面团压扁,杆成薄片
6)包上馅料,蒸5-7分钟即可
