香橙鸡蛋糕
材料(A)
鸡蛋 6粒
幼糖 280g
材料(B)
自发面粉 260g
材料(C)
植物油 90g
鲜橙汁 90g
做法:
1。将A打发至糊滴下纹路不易消失。
2。面粉过筛分两次加入,用刮刀搅拌均匀。
3。最后加入C搅拌均匀,倒入纸杯8分满。预热烤箱180度烘烤15分钟
